The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Nentawe Yilwatda, says more than 10 million vulnerable Nigerians who benefited from the Federal Government’s 75-thousand-naira conditional cash transfer do not have access to mobile phones or social media.

Yilwatda made the disclosure after a three-day retreat of the APC National Executive Council in Maiduguri, Borno State.

He said the beneficiaries were among Nigerians supported through the government’s humanitarian programmes funded from the gains of the fuel subsidy removal.

The APC chairman also said the Tinubu administration had continued to execute road projects, student loan schemes and other interventions across the country.

Meanwhile, Yilwatda said the APC National Executive Council had affirmed that the party was strong and prepared for the 2027 general elections.

He added that the NEC passed a vote of confidence in President Bola Tinubu, Vice President Kashim Shettima and other APC candidates, while urging party members to pursue reconciliation where necessary.

The party also called on Nigerians to continue supporting the Tinubu administration ahead of the 2027 elections.
